“Bed sheets with holes in them; lack of toilet paper and shower towel on the last day”

“Great hotel. Friendly & helpful staff. Plenty of free parking in car park. Excellent breakfast Nice restaurant & bar on roof. Large, clean room. Good A/c”

“1. I book the transportation service for two person with confirmation from the hotel.But when I landed in Sofia I waited in the airport for half an hour.Nobody waiting in the airport as promised by hotel.We I go outside of the airport,I saw the car of the hotel.The driver told me the reservation has been canceled.He had to pick up a group..So I could only a terrible old taxi to hotel.And the hotel charge me 24 euro in total!!When I checking,I asked the reason why the hotel did not inform me in……

“Otelin tek kötü yanı şehir merkezinin biraz dışında olması. Ama toplu taşımaya yakın. Onun dışında konfor olsun, sessizlik olsun, eşyaların ve yatağın yeniliği olsun çok iyiydi. Zaten yeni bir otel. Herkese tavsiye ederiz. bir daha Sofya'ya gitsek yine burada kalmak isteriz. Teşekkürler Serdika :)”

“Staff are wonderful the check-in was easy. The room was beautifully appointed and had modern facilities everywhere. I would’ve gotten a great night sleep except there was ruckus noise outside on the street which kept me awake. I also didn’t see any blackout curtains although there might’ve been, which meant that light was pouring into the room all night. I really love this hotel and will definitely come back and I hope they can sort out some of the problems. ”

“セントラル・ハリから徒歩3分程。レセプションのお兄さんはフレンドリーな対応でVIPACCESS特典でワインも付けて頂きました。部屋もとても綺麗で洒落てます。水も2本置いてあり、分厚いトイレットペーパーに良い意味で驚きました。夜も静かで快適です、おすすめ。”

“Charming boutique hotel tucked away in central Sofia. Recently renovated, with cozy rooms and comfortable beds. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to prepare an early morning breakfast and to arrange a taxi to the international bus station, which was a huge help as we had a lot of luggage.”

“I have comment their check in was cold and no welcoming. The Hotel Executive asistant manager acknowledged my comment and send me a card however come with a set of amenities as same as the welcome amenities. Can see how robotic and service without heart. Club lounge very nice, specially those serve attitude are different. F&B staff， housekeeping and concierge great hospitality but not front desk.”
