“We travel a lot and have used Radisson hotels on many occasions. After this two day stay, I'm not so sure that we'll continue to do so. No maid service between nights and TWO days with NO hot water. Let someone else take cold showers in your hotel!! This is completely unacceptable! I would appreciate a reply so that I'd know that you actually read these reviews”

“My stay was excellent and the staff was fantastic as always. The room was clean and the bed was the most comfortable one I have ever slept in. I wish I could give this place 10 Stars. I will stay in this Motel every time I need a place to stay in Tuscaloosa. I just can't say enough about how great it was and how great the staff was.”
