“飯店門禁森嚴，食物不錯，健身房太小”

“The Rooms are tiny and smelly and dated. Requested to change room as was staying for a whole week and they asked for more money. Other guest that arrived later had better rooms. Reception staff is out to grouch you for money at every request. Had confirmed booking from expedia and was told they did not have the booking and it was cancelled- where in the desk clerk the night before confirmed that the room was booked for the extra night. No natural light- windows facing the next building……

“Superb service. Excellent food. Stuffs are so good, friendly and helpful”

“Not bad. But they claim to charge extra for pool usually, and the pool area has no privacy or maintenance, or a place to relax, it's dirty too and people from neighborhood buildings keeps starring, which is quite uncomfortable. They don't have room service after 4 / 5 pm, which can also be inconvenient. And have told us "no guests will be allowed to visit" even after taking a suite. The quality of service is quite poor, compared to what they charge.”

“The hotel is vey good, staff are nice and helpful, breakfast is perfect, and it feels very safe to stay in!”

“The property doesn't match the description given in Expedia. There is no lake view, no living room inside the room. The business studio suite opens up in a kitchen and then leads to the room. Hotel is clean but the area around is surrounded by buildings. You cannot remove the curtains of the room because of the privacy concerns as the other buildings are very close to the property. ”

“Well from the friendly service on the desk with nice bell boy to daily cleaning, was happy with place . Breakfast was a good spread as expected . The head waiter spoke English and offered friendly advice . Would certainly go again . ”
