“Die kleinen Apartments sind in Ordnung und recht sauber. Das Schwimmbad ist sehr klein und könnte mehr Liegestühle brauchen. Der Ruhebereich zur kleinen Sauna ist dagegen sehr groß, war aber leider nicht beheizt. ”

“旅館就在高速公路旁，是一大群大卡車晚上休息處，所以進出旅館必須穿越卡車群，有點危險。上下高速公路很方便，但旅館旁沒有餐廳，必須吃完晚餐再進旅館休息。旅館前往Aachen 或是 比利時國家公園都很方便。”

“Didn’t provide credit card refund within the timeframe as they said at checkout. Basically had to wait for the bank to cancel the hold after 30 days. Really inconvenient when you need the credit card for other things afterwards. Send them emails and they didn’t bother to reply. ”

“10 out of 10 experience. The hotel is an easy walk from the train station and a few blocks away from the old town. Lots of shops, restaurants, bars within easy walking distance. The hotel itself is well-kept and stylish. Great staff at the front desk as well as the lounge bar area. Rooms are well-appointed, comfortable and clean. Would have loved to have a kettle in the room for a cup of tea, but you can get hot water at the lobby lounge easily. Highly recommended. ”
