“Clean Environment ”

“I stay two nights , not even cleaning room service , and have to go to front desk to ask more toilet paper, when you take breakfast, one staff just stand over at breakfast room to stare you to make you feel like you are theft not guest .”

“Good breakfast! Good and friendly stuff. A bit disappointed that we were not told upfront on Expedia that there will be $5 parking fee.”

“note: they are remodeling,but very tidy about it.no intereference at all. Finally an acesible room that truly was in every way. roll in shower withdetachable shower head bench, plenty of room for wheelchair. high toilet bars whereever you seemed to want one. flat egress directly to outside for emergencies. i have had too many rooms in other nice hotels where the bathroom is misrepresented.quiet,back from the main road but easy access to everywhere i wanted to go in the rochester area.beds were……
