“It was walking distance to most everything. The space was very clean and maintained.”

“The location was very close to downtown. There is a bit of traffic noise in the evening on Friday and Saturday nights as you would expect with downtown. The property is clean, comfortable and welcoming. Both beds are big and comfy. It was a great place to stay and I’m sure I’ll be back.”

“Perfectly located near downtown restaurants, we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. I would suggest the parking instructions be a bit more clear as we did not realize how far we would need to walk, so we parked in the 5 garage and it was much easier to get back and forth. You may want to let your guests know there are many of stairs and no elevator. Otherwise, now that we know how to access the building and parking, we know what to do. We will book again. ”

“My friend and I came for an event and just needed a place to stay the night so we could drive home in the morning instead of getting home way late. It was a very colorful and unique style of space. The earplugs were a great option for keeping the late night downtown noise out when we went to bed.The only things I struggled with was not really knowing that parking was public parking on the street wherever a spot was available and having to walk around 2 blocks to the loft, and the other issue was……

“This was my first visit to Springfield, Missouri. The apartment was perfect for my needs. Opposite is a great place to grab a coffee and breakfast. There are a number of great restaurants and bars within walking distance. The noise as mentioned on other reviews was not an issue, it is a university town with many student hotspots in the same street.”

“Beautiful loft. Very comfy and cozy. Showers were amazing! Lots of space to spread out if you need to. Very close to everything downtown and not far from the college. About five minutes to about anything it seems like! Absolutely recommend!!”
