“This is the best hotel in the Springfield area. The rooms are comfortable and have everything you could need. Their drinks and snacks are good. We particularly enjoyed their top floor lounge.”

“We waited in the lobby from 4 to 5 because the rooms were not ready. The lady at the counter took our number and said she would call us when a room was available. She never called us, so we tried checking in again. A gentleman placed us in a room right away. Other than that, it was a clean and comfortable stay.”

“This facility was nice and clean. The staff was great. A couple of things of note : this property is the eoitomy of trying to streamline space. The rooms are tiny. No closet space and kind of awkward placement of desk, TV, etc. Also, the location is apparently very popular for emergency vehicle traffic. Just things to note. ”

“We were in town for just a couple days, but our stay there was great. The staff were super friendly and the rooms were very clean and all newly remodeled. The continental breakfast hot items could use some improvement but other than that no complaints.”
