“The cabin I stayed in is on a property with a direct, high panoramic view of the Lake of the Ozarks. It is part of a small group of homes that includes a private club house and a large beach level dock rigfht on the lake. Included in the rental is free access to a number of single and double kayaks. It is very close to historic Ha Ha Tonka state park and not that far from Lake of the Ozaeks State Park with miles and miles of hiking and biking trails. The house is well taken care of.Although I felt safe during my stay, other properties around the neighborhood were in disrepair, some even with visible roof damage or gaps. It's not anything this owner can do, but awareness about the state of the neighborhood might be an issue for some.”
