“Older house in an obviously older development on the lake. That said, the house has been nicely updated. It was clean, well outfitted, and everything worked. Quiet neighborhood and excellent access to a deep cove. The road in is interesting, but not bad. We had a good time and would certainly go back.”

“We had a large family gathering which we’ve been trying to put together for the last five years. The house was absolutely perfect and superb. The boat was a blast. Sean and David were gems, especially when the electricity went out and they travel 30 minutes to bring us lights and a little generator. Luckily the electricity came back on in a few hours and the rest of the vacation was amazing. We will definitely try to come back here because we don’t know of any place finer than this. “I don't know that we will have a need to be meet or vacation in or near Fair Play, SC in the future, but if we do, we will definitely recommend and would stay here again. Large, well-appointed home. I wish we would have had more time to enjoy the property and its location. ”

“Nicely furnished and clean inside. Deck has beautiful view but lots of webs, could use a good cleaning. We enjoyed the dock and kayaks. Overall, a fun stay!”

“My elderly parents joined us for a family vacation which would include my son, his wife and their 2 children who live in fair play. And we had guests come from out of town for the day on Friday and other guests for the day on Saturday.All of our meals were cooked at lake therapy. The kitchen was huge and spacious allowed everyone to mingle in the open. We did take advantage of the grilling area four burgers on the first night, and then we brought our own large pot and made low country boil.We……
