“Nick was the most attentive host anyone could ever ask for. The property was clean and stocked with any supplies you could ever need. Ubers and Lyfts were the best options for transportation to and from White House, Capitol, museums, etc. tip: make sure to read the Welcome white notebook when you arrive, lots of valuable information.A wonderful trip! “Started off a bit rocky. We were approaching our check in time and hadn’t gotten any check in instructions. Reached out and were told unit wouldn’t be ready until 4, check in was at 3. Ended up being ready at 3;30. There is a LOT of traffic, especially during the morning rush. While not on a main road, people use the street as a short cut to get around the traffic lights at the corner. The neighborhood is a bit run down. We had an Uber driver tell us we were on the wrong side of the Anacostia……

“We came with young children and the house was well appointed with everything we needed as a large group. The location is perfect with young kids, a playground the next block over and a metro stop is 5 minute walk. Everyone in the neighborhood is so friendly! We really enjoyed our stay here in DC!”

“This property was as advertised - fabulous location for sightseeing. Metro a block away, Safeway a block away too. We are five college friends in our early 70’s and this property worked well for us. The communication with the property owner was consistently excellent, Alec is very responsive and helpful. Beds were nice and firm. Kitchen worked well for our needs. “Nice house in a vibrant neighborhood. Very close to the national mall. NoMa metro station was a 30 min walk, not bad in the mornings. Bikes, scooters, and vsrious ride shares are convenient to this location. One train change and you can be at the Smithsonian stop in about 20 min. Ubering back to this house from the sights was quick and cheap as well. Bedrooms and bathrooms were sufficient for our adult group of 5. Nice stove, microwave, and coffee pot available. “Our party was diverse so having a bathroom in every room was a huge benefit! The back patio was large but the weather prevented us from using it. Check-in was seamless, check out was easier. Owner only reached out when needed. If we wanted to be extra picky, the television situation was strange and difficult to navigate. However, we weren't in the house long enough for it to matter. We would 100% stay here again.”

“Great place to stay for our visit to DC. The house was comfortable and clean with everything we needed. It’s located a simple 15-20 min walk from the No-Ma Gallaudet metro station and also near Union station. Trader Joe’s was a 10-15 min walk away, which made picking up some groceries easy.Owners were helpful and quick to respond before our stay and during our stay.It was a great stay! ”
