“In town for 4 days we really enjoyed the location. Metro access made everything much easier. The food and drink options were great and all within a very short walk. It was comfortable and cozy to relax in after a long day out.”

“We stayed in Alexandria during a family Spring Break trip. The property was exactly as advertised and the communication from the host was excellent. The location was perfect for exploring Alexandria and DC - short walk to Metro, King St., Whole Foods. Plenty on on-street parking if you have a car.”

“Located on a quiet street, and didn't have any issues finding street parking close by. Close enough to drive to most anywhere or get to a metro station if you would prefer to travel that way. It was big enough for our family of 5 and met our needs for our vacation. All the stairs took some getting use to since every room is on a different level. Check-in and check-out was easy. ”

“Everything was just as advertised. The cleaner had overlooked something and Etienne was there within minutes to fix it. Such wonderful attention and service. I highly recommend.”

“The place is beautiful, comfortable, clean and in a great location to the Metro. The only caution I would say is based on the fact that my mom had a leg injury prior to arrival. Due to the location of the downstairs steps to the apartment you may need to consider something with easier access.”

“This is a great place to stay if you don’t have any special requirements. It was hard for us because we were preparing food for our daughter’s Celebration of Life, which we had notified the hosts about. We were surprised to find no full size refrigerator, just 2 mini-fridges, one in the kitchenette and one in a closet. So no possibility of us prepping at this house. Fortunately we had booked two houses and did all food prep at the other one.The other issue was the full flight of stairs……
