“The listing said we had the whole house however it was like a duplex. Could hear loud noise coming from our neighbors. The house smelt like wood burning and took a long time to get the smell out. Need to check all the chester drawers for there was some items left behind from previous renters.The TV remote in the bunk bedroom needs new batteries.Overall, our safe was pleasant, and Alex was a pleasure to work with”

“The townhouse was ok. Overall it just needed a better cleaning. Whoever stayed before we did forgot to run the dishwasher and we found it full of dirty dishes. The floors needed to be swept and mopped better. The pillows throughout, especially the decorative throw pillows, the bedspreads, and the towels need to be replaced. The kitchen is beautiful and mostly well appointed. We were a group of 8 and it seemed like there was not enough silverware. The host was helpful and prompt with anything we……

“House is in a good location. Wasn’t clean on arrival but was done shortly afterwards. Kitchen was good. Bathroom needs some fixing. Toilet needs some repair. Good overall. ”

“This is a spectacular property in a wonderful location. Beautiful neighborhood and lovely fenced in yard. Close to everything! Great living room couches and tv and fabulous bedrooms with comfortable beds. This home has everything you need and is the perfect place to stay. ”

“We really enjoyed our stay! The property was just what we needed, and the host was very accommodating—allowing us to check in early, which was immensely appreciated after a long drive. There are a lot of stairs, but we considered it our vacation workout! Would definitely stay again!”

“The location was very quiet and the beds and pillows were comfortable. The place was clean and well equipped. The only issues were the sofa was broken or becoming unstable, the washer was leaking and very loud when running, and the door to the downstairs bedroom was broken. However, the property owner was quick to respond about the issues and our stay was unhindered by these issues. Just in case it is an issue for future guests, I will add that the downstairs bedroom doesn't have a TV. All other……

“Six of us girlfriends from college stayed for a long weekend. The location is amazing and close to downtown Middleburg - which is good because we couldn’t get an uber/lyft home from dinner :). House is spacious, cozy and has everything you need. We had a few creepy crawlies join us now and then, but overall it was excellent and the host is responsive.”

“I had to give this place five stars even though the description said full kitchen, which we were expecting to use, but it ended up not having a stove or oven, only a microwave. For most people that may be all that’s needed, and, if, so, everything else was ideal. I do think the listing description should be changed, however!”
