“The cottage is perfect for a couple. Small, cozy, plenty of room. The heating system takes some learning, but the fireplace is easy. The grounds are beautiful and if the weather cooperates, take the time to walk around them.Proximity to Middleburg and Upperville makes it even better.I hope to return.”

“We stayed at this property during our annual visit to Leesburg. We enjoy the downtown area (easy to walk) and catching an Uber to the local vineyards! House was perfect for our group of 5. Majority of our time at the house was spent sleeping, but we all felt comfortable and had enough space. Three bathrooms were great! ”

“Overall we loved the place. The beds slept great even the sofa bed. They had a nice thick memory foam for it. The grounds were beautiful and we had a garage to pull into to get out of the weather. The only complaint one of the girls had was the shower was not for big girls. It was a tight squeeze but we totally enjoyed it and will rebook in warmer weather. ”

From the excellent communication starting from the reservation and continuing throughout the stay to farm fresh eggs, orange juice, muffins, and wine awaiting our arrival. Walked to Greenhill Vineyards next door. Grabbed a stack of wood and ice and provisions from Safeway. Pizzas (from Knead Wine) and Smores around the firepit. Updated bathroom. comfortable bedding. Could use one more chair in the dean. ”

“I am so pleased with the booking. The apartment is newly remodeled and beautiful. The beds and couches are comfortable, the place is very clean and fresh, they provide nice thick new top quality towels and blankets (even extra blankets) and the owner was great with communication and accommodated extra requests when possible with no problem. This is a basement apartment but the whole house and property is beautiful and the area was safe. The owner also provides some very welcoming treats for……
