“Stayed the weekend for a show jumping event at Morven park. This spot was very peaceful and quiet. The small village of Waterford was amazing. The hostess really knocked it out of the park - I've never seen a place supplied with so many incidentals, to improve the quality of your stay. Everything was very easy and memorable. Will probably return with a friend to enjoy the nearby wineyard and apple cidery.”

“The cottage was just perfect! Clean, comfortable, peaceful, beautiful and had everything you need for your stay! Linny, was wonderful. She left a nice handwritten note and some yummy treats! We definitely would stay again!”

“Courtney the host was quick to respond and informative. The property was comfortable, clean, and well equipped. The proximity to the metro, shopping, and dining was great!! Onsite parking was a plus. ”

“Our family was in the area for a wedding and chose this property because it had 3 bedrooms and bathrooms. It was quiet and comfortable. Basement area seems like it is a work in progress.”

“Very nice large property. Lots to do on the property itself and walking distance to a brewery/winery. Kitchen could use a few more things like a couple cookie sheets and knives. Outdoor grill is a little hard to use since the grates are really high compared to the coals. Overall very nice trip.”

“We enjoyed our stay. The screened in porch was a nice extension to the living space. The yard was nice to have for our dog and my granddaughter. The location was in walking distance to multiple parks as well as easy access to 270. The pictures don’t do the place justice. The host was pleasant and very responsive. Very happy with our stay.”

“My daughter, son-in-law, grandchild, and I stayed for five nights while we visited family and toured some DC sites. The cottage was cozy and we had a great time. The owner was very easy to get in touch with; the information provided was timely and accurate. I highly recommend this rental property! ”
