“This was such an amazing property. Everything was clean to perfection and the house was warm on some of the coldest days of the year. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. Hosts could not have been kinder. We will be back! ”

“We were visiting from Texas, California, Tennessee, Pennsylvania and Central Vermont for the marathon. This house was a great location convenient to the start/finish line and the course itself. It was an easy trip to Burlington and there were enough local eateries to feed us all. The house was as described with gorgeous views of Lake Champlain. Would definitely return for more relaxation and less running!”

“Directions in binder where private Sandy Beach is located...( Path by railroad tiles ...just passed the crossing Oil all door hinges ..that way won't wake up others that are still sleeping...since no AC in bedrooms have to leave doors open to be comfortable in the bedrooms. Remote died and no AAA batteries, so went and bought some at DG store New grill ..that one worked but not hot only front part had flames...no way to cook food for 5 people. Door code only work to get in...so couldn't lock……
