“Large, very family friendly accomodations. We arrived on a very hot day and the air conditioners and fans were going full blast and it was so comfortable. Everything was neat and tidy. The view was spectacular. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare your own food. The host left coffee and bottled water for us, which was appreciated. It is quite dated but for us that was part of the charm. We enjoyed the game room and board games.”

As others have mentioned, the property sits on a busy road, but because it is set back down a slope and partially fenced, feels quiet and safe. “This lakeside cottage was perfect for a lakeside retreat in North Hero. The rooms were clean and tidy and the common area was very cozy and inviting. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies and there was even a Keurig and K cups. Also, you couldn’t be closer to the lake. Wonderful spot! ”
