“Fine place to stay!”

“This house was exactly as described! It was exceptionally clean and included all the comforts of home. We felt very safe walking to all the restaurants and interesting venues in this downtown neighborhood. Communication with the property owner was awesome. This is definitely the place to stay whenever you’re in Birmingham!”

“This host is perfect, responsive and has home stocked with all needs while on the road. I booked this place but ended up staying at another property done the street with 2 bedrooms. The just made sure every detail was covered, had plenty of kitchen items, coffee, basic toiletries stocked for use. We appreciated this so much. Home was very clean, with plenty of towels/ sheets and everything one could want. We could not have been happier there for a long week stay. ”

“We came in for an Alabama game and based out of Birmingham for more options. Apt 1 was a great option for 2 people and it’s located in a neighborhood close to good restaurants, etc. The place was clean and quiet. I’d stay again.”
