“The room was very basic but clean. Breakfast was also basic with scrambled eggs and sausage patties. You could either make a sandwich or just plate the food. Also had a pancake machine. All in all a very good Breakfast to start the day. I would stay there again 😀”

“The service staff was overly accommodating. After losing my previous booking from a different hotel, my family had to sleep in the car. I was able to secure a room at this facility, but was unable to check in until the following day as they were full. I arrived early at the hotel in hopes to be able to check in. The staff worked diligently to get a room, clean and offer us early check-in. They were helpful, friendly, and overly accommodating.”

“I am giving this stay 4 stars (really 3.5) because the worst part about the stay was the check in. We arrived around 4:15pm or 4:20pm check in was at 3pm. I was told that they did not have a room available for me and my mother and that the wait may be approximately an hour. It was also shared that when I book through a 3rd party instead of through the direct website or be a rewards member that 3rd party bookings usually do not take priority over the aforementioned. I was confused at this……

“The front desk area was terrible. I walked up to the "Front" desk, but since we were checked in to Hilton Gardens Inn, we were directed to go around to the "Back" desk? And, that person could not help us, because the person at the "Front" desk was "entering all the rooms" into their computers? I was told to "wait a minute, and step to the side", meanwhile a line formed and they were all helped and were able to check in, ahead of me?
