“Had a pleasant overnight stay while helping my daughter move into TU. Unit was as described. Clean and comfortable. As mentioned, the units are separated by a wall and I did occasionally hear the visitors next door, but it wasn’t problematic. Bath had provided shampoo and conditioner, as well as a hairdryer. Would consider staying here again.”

“Nice property, clean! Its on well water. Could use some modern updates but overall a nice home to stay in. Bring a hair dryer. AC worked well as it was 95deg every day. Has hot tub but it was too hot for that. Id stay here again!”

“House met all our expectations. Very clean. Beautiful property. Short drive on county roads to Ball State University. Could have had some better towels. Perfect layout. ”

“The property was well maintained in a great neighborhood! We went for a walk and appreciated the sidewalks and large trees that provided great shade. The living space was perfect for our relatives to come and visit. We all slept great. Each room had a fan! The host is amazing. She was VERY accommodating! Check in was easy. We will definitely stay again. ”

“Lovely cottage with all the amenities; including a full working kitchen. Loved having the use of a washer and dryer. Very clean and neat with plenty of extra pillows, etc. Shower was good. Nice decor. Nice large smart TV with bonus tv in one of the bedrooms. Nice location and loved the back yard patio. Would stay again; thank you for providing a warm and welcoming place to call home for our stay at Caitlin’s Cottage. ”
