“We stayed for two nights in the ranch. The house is very clean and well equipped. The temperature out side was single digit and the house stayed toasty. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. The furniture is all comfy with nice linen. We have family in the area. This will be our go-to when visiting the area.”

“Great place, very clean and very nice house. Worked well for a large number of people. ”

“This house was beautiful and comfy inside. It was pretty well-equipped for our needs. The beds were comfortable and house was cozy. It is off a very busy highway, so if traffic noise bothers you this may not be ideal. Also, just be aware that it has well water so there is an odor to the house from that.”

“We traveled to Muncie for a family wedding and were so happy to have found Kyle and Shannah’s place. It was clean, in a quiet neighborhood, and close to Ball State. The hosts were quick and easy to communicate with! We would happily stay there again.”

“This was an amazing welcome getting to the house and it was more than I ever expected. Amenities were great and the host was very gracious!”

“The property was perfect for a gathering of friends, family and their children. Our group loves cooking family meals, and the kitchen had nearly everything you could ask for. The bedrooms were comfortable, the master bathroom was a treat, and the kids loved the toys and backyard. Couldn't have asked for a better environment to watch the 2024 Eclipse. The property managers were responsive, informative and very kind. A great experience through and through.”

“The property was just as described. It was very clean and smelled great as soon as we walked in! There were extra amenities and the bed & pillows were so comfortable. The only negative was the road noise, but that is nothing the host can change or a white noise machine wouldn't cover. I would highly recommend this property!”

“Thoroughly enjoyed this rental property. We had a group of 6 adults and 4 children 4 and under. The house and property was well maintained. Ownership team was responsive and easy to work with. This was a great stay for those traveling close to Ball State University and Muncie. We will likely return for future reunions and definitely looking to the summer months for the great outdoor deck spaces.”

“Everything was fine except the check in. An incorrect code was given at first (numbers were transposed). Our guests spent a long time trying to enter the property. Eventually when the correct code was sent the guests gained access to the property.”
