“A beautiful property with responsive landlords . Bring your own shower soap and you’ll have everything you need. We had all adults so the children’s bedroom was wasted on us. Traffic is a bit of a struggle going south to the civil war sites ( including Fredericksburg ) but the site itself is peaceful and quiet. Recommended ”

“We were in town for our son’s fencing tournament at the Fredericksburg Convention Center. The property is only 20 minutes away from pretty much anywhere in town. The neighborhood is quiet and wooded, and the house is clean and spacious, with an abundance of helpful information from the owner. Highly recommend if staying in the area! ”

“What an amazing Friendsgiving weekend! The house was perfect - ssooo much room & even though it was chilly outside we were still able to enjoy the lakefront! The paddleboat was extra fun to get out on the water for a bit. The kitchen was AMAZING plus the kitchen area in the basement an added bonus. Beds are super comfy. I would highly recommend this home. Communication with the Property Manager was outstanding!”

“We had a wonderful stay at the home. Everything was just as pictured. Anything you could want or need had been provided. The home was located close enough to town and other attractions to make getting there easy, but far enough away from main roads to feel secluded and peaceful. Check in and out were effortless on our part. We had a few animal visitors that came through the fenced in yard, including a fox! One caveat that I would add, the yard was a bit high while we were there (lots of rain)……
