“My partner and I have nothing but positive things to say about this property...it's a must stay in our opinions. The cabin is well appointed with breathtaking views of the ocean and incredible Sea Lions and Bald Eagle watching. The cabin itself is clean, well furnished and has a very welcoming ambience. We took our two dogs and were very pleased with the large fenced yard for them to roam an added bonus for sure. From booking to checking in the process was seamless and Robin was quick to respond……

“Lovely log cabin on Texada. Please note this is a paved road, but most are not paved, but gravel. It is a ways downhill to the beach so no beach access from the cabin if you have mobility issues. Cabin well stocked with what you need for cooking your own meals. Upstairs is only accessible by ladder. We had great adventures seeing the rare spotted turtles and climbing mountains. Unfortunately waterfall was dried up when we went in April. ”

“At first we were a little surprised, but it turned out to be what we needed. Quiet, clean, and the sheets smelled like old fashioned hang dried which was amazing. Wifi was a little weak but we didn’t need it to work, it was nice to unplug for a few days. The recommended Italian restaurant cuckoo in coomes was spectacular was like we were in Italy. Highly recommended”

The place was large and spacious with a well stocked kitchen BUT we had a mouse issue and the owner called me “completely unreasonable” for asking for some money back.
