“Initially we were surprised by how remote the location appeared as the house is a double wide trailer on the rural property of the owner. It’s set amidst fields of orange trees in a neighborhood with large fenced-in acreage, many with horses. The unit was nice and spacious, super clean, and a well equipped kitchen gas grill. Two deck areas on both sides of the house, grill on one, a gas firepit on the other. You can pet their two horses over the fence and their three dogs on the property was……

“Our stay at the Cowboy Hideout exceeded all expectations. Chearl was a top notch host, and the setting within the horse ranch is simply stunning. We hope to return someday!”

“My family, a total of 15, had a great time at "A River Runs Through It" house and never wanted to leave the property. We were there in early June and the water was perfect for boogey boarding down the rapids in front of the house. Although it was a little warm, both houses had great AC and a lot of ceiling fans, so there was always a place to cool down. We would definitely go back!”

“We were there to explore the national forest by day without camping this year. The suite was clean and had everything we needed. The location in Visalia was near to anything we could have wanted - a sweet "little" town. We took daily drives through foothills and winding mountain roads surrounded by orchards and vineyards. Then returned to a shower and soft bed. Perfect!”

“The owner thought of everything! Fresh towels, extra pillows, shampoo, conditioner, body was, laundry detergent, coffee, creamer, etc. The pool and pool area was clean. The palm trees made the swim relaxing. The beds were comfortable and the entire house was clean. Sequoia National park was 1 hour away and Yosemite National Park (south entrance) was less than 2 hours away. It was a perfect stay for our vacation! We would highly recommend this amazing place for anyone interested in those National……

“Celebrated my parents’ anniversary with the whole family including their 4 grandkids. We enjoyed being able to visit Sequoia and King’s Canyon National Parks during the day and enjoyed the incredible views from the property of the mountains and lake each evening!”
