“What a wonderful stay! We were in town to celebrate Family Weekend with our freshman son at the University Of Dayton. We did not want to stay in a hotel and by the time I was booking in May, so much of the short term rentals were already picked over. This checked so many boxes…within 15-ish min to campus, at least 2 bed/2bath and greeeat reviews! The home was spotless, inviting, spacious comfortable. “The pictures are spot on. It is just as clean and well decorated as listed. The whole space has been updated. We had a group of 6 and fit comfortably. The kitchen is equipped with clean and new cookware perfect to make vacation style meals. It has a decent counter space to serve. The space is comfortable and is one of the cleanest rentals we have had. Nice little outdoor space. The owner is wonderful and knows history of the area if interested and great restaurant recommendations.”

“we went to Dayton to visit the National Museum of the United States Air Force. You won't find a closer location for lodging. This house is about a 10 second drive to the gate of the museum. I like the ping pong and air hockey tables in the basement.”

“This home worked very well for our needs. It was very clean and modern. The kitchen was a nice size. The location was perfect as we were visiting family in Oxford and Liberty Township. We had 3 adults and 3 small children, so we brought our own blowup mattress to help with sleeping arrangements. Not a lot of parking if you have visitors, but for what we needed it worked great. ”

“The house is very comfortable. There were two of us and bedrooms were spacious enough to spread out. Kitchen has all the amenities. The host was very communicative and responsive to messages. I had a FedEx sent to VRBO address one month early and host held it for me. Pkg was in the home when I arrived. Lots of dining choices nearby. Good venue if you’re attending Cincinnati tennis. ”
