“The property was very well maintained and clean inside. The security on the doors was excellent. The property owners communicated well and answered all of my questions. The neighborhood was a bit sketchy, and on-street parking was very tight. I got to practice my parallel parking skills a lot. There is parking in the back, but it was too tight for larger vehicles.”

“A beautiful, peaceful setting for Easter! Having families visit from Cincinnati and Columbus, the location was perfect! We had the chance to meet Ray in person and he was very welcoming and helpful! His home was great for entertaining! The lower level game area was a big hit! We definitely would love to go there again!”

“The house was beautiful, clean, and cozy. Lots of space, extra beds/pillows/linens. The bedrooms were very roomy. Everything you need or want and everything you didn’t know you needed or wanted were available in this home. Marcy responded within minutes if we had any questions. Would highly recommend staying here if you have a big or small group. ”

“This was one of our favorite BnB's ever. Aside from some extremely minor housekeeping issues, everything was perfect. The three bedrooms are on three different levels, which was great for privacy. The house was nice enough for us to have a an additional guest (relative) over for a meal. It was also convenient to have a 24-hour Waffle House, a CVS, and a small supermarket a six-minute walk away. ”

“Tried to contact host 4 times leading up to our stay. No response. We never received a response or access to the home. VRBO advised me they were cancelling our stay 1 hour after we were supposed to check in. Our last resort was a below average hotel. Don’t take your chances on this one”

“We were very pleased wuth rhe home. Anytime we had a question or concern it was taken care of immediately. The house was clean and spacious. Would highly recommend!”

“Overall, the property was very clean and organized. Beds were comfortable. Easily accessible from Miami University. Lots of restaurants and shops close by. The stairs going upstairs are very steep and the second floor elevations are a little weird but doable. The only negative was that the neighbors were very noisy as others also mentioned.”

“Everything was great. The host was responsive, the place, the information in the binder was very helpful and the snacks were a bonus. My only complaint is the flooring upstairs is starting to pop out of place by the bathroom and is a cutting hazard”
