“We rented this property for our 30 year college reunion and the whole process of checking in was very smooth. Everything was communicated clearly and property was well managed.One suggestion is to have enough seating arrangement in the backyard to accommodate all 16 guests. Guest were standing around or sitting by the fireplace as no more chairs were available.Overall excellent property for nice quite get-togethers with enough room for everyone to share.Will stay again for sure.”

“The home is nice and in a nice neighborhood. There is some upkeep to the property that is needed. I had to fix the toilet seat as it was ready to slide off, there are no kitchen towels or dishrags to use. The coffee pot and machine had mold in it, yuck. the drawers are falling out of the cabinets. I would have someone get the hot tub ready for the guests arrival, rather then the guest having to call and be walked through the set up. The pool could not be used because it was so dirty.
