“ The Hotel is in bad need of renovation. I had to ask the staff to come over both days to let us in to our room because of the door handle would not work. It was cold each morning and you could see the outside light under the door keeping the room cold.”

“Excellent customer services. I had an issue with reservation in which confirmation made through expedia did not transfer data to the hotel due to a glitch in the system. The assistant general manager,Max, and The receptionist, Marj, spent so much time resolving the problem. They are wonderful! I really appreciate their help!”

“Our stay at The Brown Hotel did not disappoint! While Louisville let us down a bit with a closed Museum in the Historic District we were wanting to see, the crazy cost of downtown parking and lack of activities during the week, our hotel Concierge, Curtis made up for it with his helpful suggestions, his winning charm that made us feel at home, his going the extra mile in dropping us off and picking us up when we needed it after an evening downtown. “This was our first time staying at a Homewood Suites by Hilton and I think it may be our new favorite hotel! First of all, easy and free parking, check in was a breeze and the hotel smelled clean.
