“In town for Boise State graduation---easy freeway access to school and downtown Boise even though it was a few miles away....good quiet spot with lovely staff....”

“The staff of the Country Inn & Suites was very kind and helpful when we needed an early check-in and when we asked for a roll-away bed. We did find it difficult to get a bottom fitted sheet that fit the king-sized bed. We stayed for 3 nights, but we did not have anyone clean or room or offer any more towels, tissues or toilet paper. The price was right and we did enjoy our stay”

“The bathroom is small and the small couch was uncountable a recliner would have been nice and the TV was way small only a 35 inch ”

“My stay started off very rocky with a room reservation that was mistakenly given to another guest with another name. I took 45 minutes to fix this and after a long stressful and travel day this was very disappointing. I still give it 5 stars as I understand we all make mistakes and Tiffany at the front desk was so appologetic and kind that it made it ok. It was not even her mistake but was made by the prior front desk person. She was proffessional and empathetic. What was wonderful is when they……

“The hotel was okay, very small had a kitchenette, refrigerator, very noisy hard to sleep at night, had no glasses did not have a coffee pot, did not have a blow dryer. Did not see that or either was not posted in the amenities of the room. OK for a stop over along our trip.”
