“Hosted friends and family of 10 people. Ample living space and nice entertainment amenities. Lots of beds; I recall a king, three queens, and a bunk upstairs. And the remaining beds are in the basement, which is semi finished but still nice. The driveway and sidewalks were shoveled and ice free (this was a January stay). ”

“The entire house is so clean and nice! Decorated so cute, Wizard of Oz. Rooms large very nicely furnished. Nice roomy bathrooms, kitchen and living room comfy and well arranged. We were there in subzero weather and house was warm and comfortable. We will be back in October! Cant wait”

We pulled into the most beautiful neighborhood with polite neighbors. the house was so nice , large, clean and had everything we could ever have needed!. “Super clean and well furnished. Had everything one would need for an easy stay. Thanks for providing coffee and bottles of water! We were in town to see family and for a wedding. The property is very convenient to the White Iron Ridge venue and downtown Smithville. Great experience!”
