“Staff are friendly and the two male staff are extremely helpful. They were informative and told us where to visit and suggested us some good resturants. There was some problem with my coffee machine in my room and the staff was proactive to solve the problem .”

“Hotel was very easy to find and convenient for the metro station, only a few minutes walk away from the hotel and the Metro was also only a few stops away from many central sights. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Luggage storage available. Lots of local restaurants within 5 mins walk of the hotel and a convenience store / mini market just accross the road. Breakfast was more basic than some other hotels however plentiful and was as described when booking. Bathroom facilities good although……

“Great hotel in a central location but away from the hustle and bustle of the downtown tourist area of Lisboa. Nearby metro stations, or a nice 20 minute stroll, take you into the heart of Lisboa’s old town area. Whilst Mama has a colourful and hip vibe (enjoy the rooftop and restaurant) the room had a peaceful, quietness after a busy days exploring the city and beyond. Useful things to note… there’s a supermarket nearby, the room comes with a safe and a fridge, 24/7 reception and it’s a 15……

“A very nice place to stay and walk around. The room is a little bit small, but it’s fine for me. The staffs there are all very friendly and helpful! Also, they have very nice breakfast! I will want to come again if I fly to Lisboa! Stay there was definitely a lovely “memory.””

“stay in superior room. Room is clean and price reasonable. At mountain top, take tram 28 and the stop is near to the hotel. Always full on Sunday, better to book in advance. ”
