“We so enjoyed staying at this inn. We didn’t know it was in a country club with access to several of the amenities of the club. The room was beautiful, the innkeeper was very accommodating and any of the staff we ran into were lovely. A short drive to the closest metro station, we spent a day in DC, & the 2nd day in the rolling hills of northern VA in wine country where we had good wines & enjoyed a lovely dinner at a recommend spot. We would stay here again. ”

“The rooms at candlewood are some of the best for those on business trips with the availability of full kitchen appliances and tableware. The only downside is they don’t offer breakfast. You have to buy it from there little store”

“The curtains wouldn't close all the way so you can't block out the light. The toilet was barely flushing and the lighting could have been better (pretty dim). Check in was easy and staff was friendly and the room was fine for what I needed for a business trip.”

“The property was inexpensive. The bathroom and bed linens appeared and smelled clean. The property is old and falling apart. Our bathroom door wouldn’t close as it set crooked in the door frame, cracks and missing plaster on the walls and ceiling. Dripping tub faucet. Outside condition of the building was shabby with rusting beams, cracking and deteriorating plaster and no landscaping whatsoever. If you are just looking for an inexpensive place to sleep this is okay.”
