“The home is beautiful, the location is perfect. The host was prompt with communication and was able to allow our party to have early check in. I was there with a group of 7 friends for Dreamville Fest and we wanted something close to Dorothea Dix Park that also has 4 bedrooms. Overall, the property was tidy and beautifully furnished. There were games for us to play and a thoughtful guestbook. Just wish the stairs had a little traction to them because they’re a little slippery. Would have liked……

“We got this house because it was the only thing we could find that was affordable in Durham for a family my size. It had a terrible mildew/sulfur smell that hit you as soon as you walked in the door. There were paper towels to wipe your hands in the bathroom but no trash cans. We really were unsure if the sheets were clean. There were stains all over the walls that looked liked body fluid. My mom feel down the stairs because they were unsteady and deep. We’d brought dessert home but there were 0……

“Leslie’s place was amazing; great location close NC State. It was clutter free and very clean. I walked with my shoes off squeaky clean beautiful hardwood floors. It’s an old fashion cute little cottage. You don’t have a full kitchen but it’s perfect for toast or coffee and to heat up left overs. Oh and the bed was uber comfortable. Wish I could have stayed a little long to enjoy all of the amenities. I highly recommend this place!”

“We needed a place to stay for our son's wedding that could accommodate our immediate family, my parents and niece and nephew. There was the right amount of rooms and beds for us. The house is eclectic. The location worked well for us. We appreciated having enough parking on property. We just wish all the windows had privacy blinds. Please note that only one room has a closet to hang up clothes. We also bought some towels as we found that the towels were clean, but well worn and there were no……
