“What a wonderful property. It EXCEEDED our expectations!!! From the extra amenities of the volleyball court to the mini soccer field, golf putting green, buggie board and pool floatees even down to the board games, hammock and baby swing - a kid's (and parents) dream. Kitchen was exceptionally well thought out with every little "gadget " you could think of. We actually own several rental properties ourselves, but this was our first time being a [renter] at someone else place...boy were we……

“I stayed for a whole weekend with a friend at this property and we had a very pleasant experience there. The house is beautiful, clean, spacious, well equipped and meticulously organized. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The location is very convenient, you can enjoy a relaxing lake view and visit one of the most spectacular beaches of Florida: Sanibel and Captiva Beach. “This house was extremely comfortable. It felt like home. It was clean, cold and spacious. The only issues we had: the Blackstone was rusty and so we couldn’t use it. The tv in the formal living room was broken. The remote co trips were tethered down in each room but the remote in the family room was so far that it wouldn’t reach the couch. We had to get up to turn the channel. Very minor issues overall and we definitely would stay here again if in the area!!!”

“Easy short drive from Fort Myers, a great house for a friend's getaway for spring training games. Back screened porch with sliding wall door is awesome. Peaceful view of the waterways. Huge hang out area and kitchen.”
