“We were pleased with the breakfast on Sunday morning as we could order off a menu but then the next 2 mornings was only a few small items to pick from. Monday morning there was a person to help out if we needed anything but Tuesday morning there was no one to be found. When I went to pay for the stay (it said to pay at property) I had to leave the money with cleaning staff. Then I get an email that says they charged my card on the first day so they ended up keeping my money and putting a……

“I loved my stay for 3 nights! Sian is a perfect host, and my single room upstairs overlooking the back garden was very quiet, had a very comfortable bed, a chair, and plenty of spaces, surfaces, and hooks to put things in or on. I could sit in the breakfast room any time of the day if I wanted a table space for working on a laptop, and I was welcome to store items in the fridge. Delicious cooked breakfast of any version of a Traditional English you prefer, plus cereal, yoghurt, fruit, juices.……

“Amazing! I have stayed before in the pub but this time I was given the “cob”. A lovely annex out the back - absolutely beautiful and amazing value for money. Attentive service. Great outdoor space with a pizza oven. Will be going back soon for sure. ”
