“It was a wonderful weekend getaway! Beverly, our host, was super communicative and friendly. She really made my partner and I feel comfortable. The property itself was worth every penny. Snacks and beverages were included, the hot tub was clean and we even had access to streaming services. Just be careful with the steep hill, which Beverly did warn us about so we were ready. Awesome visit, hopefully we’ll one day return. ”

“Nice place but messages to property manager before, during and after rental were never replied to. Extra charge for parking Damage deposit kept until persistent calls to VRBO and Ocean Villas. VRBO points at property manger - Property manager points to VRBO system. Still waiting for return of $1000 damage deposit over 3 weeks after rental”

“Very comfortable and convenient to everywhere. Plenty of great restaurants. Beautiful being right the ocean and having the sound of waves crashing to lull you to sleep. Lots of steps though if you're staying in an upper unit. Good for the booty! Michael, the manager was available, friendly and attentive. We'll be back!”
