“We had a great time staying in Carlsbad for spring break; the condo is a lot bigger than it seems from photos. Our family of four had plenty of room to spread out. We were able to walk into town for dinner each night and the drive into San Diego proper is very quick. It was a little chilly to get in the water but we still spent some quality time at the beach just outside the condo. ”

“We were lucky as in Sept we snuck a peek at the empty house on a family visit to the area. We have 9 family in Carlsbad-O'Side.The Beach house is just as listed, and the past 2024-25 reviews are very accurate. We found almost nothing wrong at all with the house. “This was a good spot. Just one block from the beach access with an adequate kitchen--we cooked every night, rarely having to make adjustments. One thing though, no dishwasher. At first it was a little surprising, but we got used to that after a day or so. Easy parking, easy highway access, easy grocery shopping, easy walk to restaurants and coffee shops. An all-around gem of a spot!”

“This property is absolutely gorgeous and is located in a great area. Grocery stores in each direction, eateries and easy access to the highway. It was located just a few minutes from my kids apartment. Must try Pam's Donuts and Frozen Yogart. They have the best apple fritters and donuts in Vista! I will return in December and plan to stay at the same location.”
