“This place is a quiet little gem. All you hear are the birds chirping outside. There was homemade banana bread in our room and cold water in the fridge after a very long drive from Phoenix.. their backyard is like an oasis in paradise. You can swing and listen to the trickle of their fountain while looking up at the palm trees.. you honestly could just have a private getaway without going to the beach. Even though the beach is only 15 minutes away.. The weather was perfect as well. The room was……

“Kitchen, main living level, and deck were all great spaces. Both bedrooms are upstairs. We could hear guests in the adjoining unit during our stay. Very nice view from the hilltop.”

“ It is a beautiful property and the views are stunning. Even though it’s perched on top of the hill, it is surprisingly close to wineries and dining. You rent the ground floor of the house and it has a bar, small refrigerator and coffee machine. Pretty much everything you need for a short and enjoyable stay. ”

“Eric is a fantastic host and checked multiple times during my stay to ensure all was well. The unit is clean, fresh and peaceful. AC worked great but not needed with the windows open during the cool Oceanside nights. In unit washer and dryer are super convenient. Upgraded walk-in shower (no tub to step into). Access to the upper deck has a view of the Pacific and great sunsets. All around great stay, easy and quick drive to the beach. Worked perfectly for my needs in Oceanside!”
