“We stayed at this property the week before July 4th, the house had enough space for our group of 18 people, the views of the property and the neighbor's horses were amazing. We especially enjoyed the open back yard area where we played many rounds of corn hole and the tennis courts. The temperature was wonderful for the middle of summer so we all enjoyed being outside. “This house was just perfect for my family (with young adult children) to meet up for a summer vacation. The house had everything we needed and was spotless! While there were plenty of things to do in the area, we also enjoyed just hanging out and enjoying the house, cooking meals, playing pool, making smores and enjoying the views and nature! It is an easy drive to Boone and Blowing Rock for dinner. Banner Elk is not far but the roads are a bit scarier at night.”

“Gorgeous house. Beautiful views. Horses on the property that you can pet. Carport connected. Private “in law suite” with small kitchen and bathroom. All the amenities one might need. Awesome communication with owner. Responds quickly and is very helpful. Donor hesitate and rent this house. If you rent in the winter with possible ice or snow, you will want to drive a 4 wheel drive of some sort. ”
