“This is a great year around property. We stayed in winter and got some snow which was a plus. Be prepared though, the driveway is very steep.”

“The basic layout/amenities of this house are great! However, we were disappointed with the cleanliness. The kitchen counters were dirty and sticky. The sheets on one of the bed were jot clean and had hair in it. There were wrappers and a medicine tube left under the nightstand in a bedroom. I made numerous attempts to contact Vacasa (through VRBO) and got responses that I would hear something regarding a refund on cleaning fee ASAP. After 4 days I am still waiting. Was a little disappointed in couple of issues, fire pit on porch, LP gas was empty, several days we could have enjoyed sitting on the porch, flood lights did not work, ironically the day we were leaving a tech showed up to fix them, obviously he knew before our stay…..no trash cans, went to dump several times using pass…”

“We were in town for our son to tour App State in July. It happened to be an absolute downpour of a weekend and we were still able to enjoy the hot tub, outdoor movie screen and there was plenty of comfortable interior space. The grilling deck and fire pit on the top deck looked awesome but we didn’t get to use.
