They were hosting a Pride potluck that day and he kindly invited us to come eat and join in as guests of the house. Everyone we met was friendly and we felt safe to be ourselves. “Kikala Waterfall Lodge is a unique experience. Nature is your lullaby. We fell asleep to the sound of flowing water, croaking frogs, and the birds chirping. The rain shower added to the experience. The cabin was clean. The lodge had all you would need -kitchen, bathroom with shower, a living space with couch and chairs. The large room, access to the full kitchen/common area, the quiet location surrounded by the rainforest, and the private deck allowed us to enjoy a relaxing visit. The inn has a great location just outside the national park. We were able to stop at several places before they became busy.
