“原来以为要共用洗手间的是通铺类型的旅馆，去到很惊喜：是一栋1912年的古老而精致，设施齐全的三层楼房子！我们房间在二楼，有客厅厨房和共用的浴室，还有个小花园，其实都非常好。性价比很高”

“Check-in was a bit quirky, but the location is great with a beautiful backdrop. Note: there's no AC, so it was a little warm at night. We briefly didn't have hot water and stove gas, but it was fixed within an hour. Overall, I’d recommend this place. ”

“总体来说住的还不错，床睡的很舒服，店主Alan也非常热情好客，有厨房可以自己做东西吃。位置离海边很近，可以看到整个Hilo bay。附件也有好几个beach park。唯一的缺点是房间隔音效果太差。”

“Really good location and very clean room. Only complaint is the windows are not well sealed so you can hear the traffic on the street. Also you can hear sounds from next door very clearly... The owner did provide earplugs but I feel it doesn't necessarily work for everybody.”

“Guesthouse was very much as shown: community spaces for bathrooms and cooking etc. and the location was great, very close to Akaka Falls yet outside of town enough to enjoy slowing down. Found great shaved ice at the Aloha General Store. We stayed in the king bed room, which was clean and mostly comfortable, but gets baked in the sun from sunrise. The room was very hot and could use a ceiling fan, the small one provided barely worked to cool the large room… and having the windows open meant……
