“House was a great size and fit our needs. Kitchen was a little sparsely equipped and could definitely use more forks!Dishwasher did not work, we ran it twice and the soap pod never dissolved.Couches could use some new cushions; we all sank in and it was hard to get up out of the couch, especially the 80-year olds we had with us. Other than that, great trip, thank you!”

“The property is off the beaten track and quiet. Sitting on the deck was a delight. The home is cozy, without having tons of knick knacks in the way. Little extras like laundry detergent, plastic baggies, kitchen towels, etc. made us realize the hosts thought through the visit. Thank you so much for these type details. ”

“This is a wonderful property, particularly for a couple travelling with a dog. The place is very clean. The kitchen is small, but well equipped. The bedroom is comfortable. The bathroom is particularly pretty with natural tile and a window overlooking the garden. The front garden is lovely with gated parking. The back garden is private and gated separately so the dog can go out the back door from the bedroom without having to be on leash. They provide a dog bed, which is nice because pets……

“The house was as advertised. It's a very large 4 bedroom home. The house was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, glasses, etc. There were plenty of towels and the washer/dryer was a bonus. The street was very quiet and we felt very safe there. It was easy to get around Eureka from that location.”

“We were in Arcata for a week to visit family. This VRBO was conveniently located to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping and walkable to the Marsh which is a bird sanctuary. The unit is cozy and is furnished with everything you need. It was located on the second floor. The washer and dryer is off the car port down below and it costs 3.50 to wash and dry a load. Make sure you have plenty of quarters. We found you had to wash the dishes and silverware before using as we discovered some were not……
