The owners are lovely and I enjoyed the ecological build of the rooms that gave me many ideas for my own renovation for the ancient house I purchased in Italy half a year ago. I love the natural cooling system which makes A/C obsolete, the attached greenhouse with tropical plants that are watered with recycled water from the shower, the hotel owned organic garden which supplies their cute restaurant and how quiet it is there. “Hermoso hotel sobre la costanera, alejado de la zona céntrica y del barrio histórico pero a sólo cinco minutos en auto. Habitaciones muy espaciosas con todo lo necesario para una excelente estadía. Lo más atractivo es la arquitectura que crea un ambiente absolutamente acogedor. Me hospedo aquí cada vez que viajo a Colonia, y nunca me decepciona.”
