“I have stayed many times up in North Conway, but usually at the same place. Saw this being built last year and decided to try it out. The staff was amazing, the cleanliness was spectacular, the amenities are state of the art, and the style of the hotel is very simple yet very modern. My only complaint is that the AC unit doesn't allow you to keep the fan running continuously which had me sweating a bit during my sleep. But overall, a GREAT place. Will definitely be back soon!”

“The front desk staff was extremely friendly and even recommended nearby souvenir shops and an amazing breakfast spot. I would give them a perfect score for their service. The hotel is converted from an old elementary school, which gives it a unique character. However, the bathroom is a bit small, with a sink that seems sized for elementary school students, making it easy to splash water everywhere. The bed appears to have dust mites, as my allergies acted up shortly after lying down, though it……

“This is always a good affordable property in the North Conway area. A tip though. Do not accept one of the lower rooms that you have to go around the back for. If you do the people upstairs will keep you up all night. And they're not trying to keep you up all night it's just the way the place is built their footsteps sound extremely loud.”

“Inexpensive and spotless room. I actually slept well. Proprietor was prompt and clear with communication. Ticks all the boxes for me. ”

“We stayed in the detached loft building. It was clean and just what we needed. Our two double bed room was pretty small. Bathroom was also small. about the only complaint was with the hvac setup. It wasn’t really all that clear which baseboard electric units for heat were supposed to actually work. There’s a thermostat on the wall, but only the one by the door was functional; two were cold. There’s also a window unit, but I’m guessing that was for summer air conditioning. Some in-room literature……

“Good place. Everyone here is very nice. The room is very clean and comfortable. It's convenient to drive to White Mountain and there are plenty of restaurants and stores nearby so no worries about daily life.”
