“The bath tubs are too high and it is dangerous for us to climb in and out of it, especially when it is slippery! Second, there should be 2 bottles of water when 2 persons are sharing the room. The location is excellent with a good view of the old town!”

“Excellent location, in Old Town, on Str Academie nr 4. Even if in Old Town, is in the quiet part and the apartment is very quiet, has a large balcony, overlooking an interior courtyard. The kitchen was well-equipped, even having a washing machine. The apartment is spacious, the bed is comfortable, and the proximity to local supermarkets made our staying effortless. Extremely clean. “A great location - 10 mins from the old town and 5 mins to a tube station. We only used tge tube on one day and walked to everything else. Reception are supposed to be there 7am to 7pm, but seem to wander off! However, they are very speedy to arrive if you WhatsApp or ring the number displayed. It's a small hotel (18 rooms) so that's why there isn't a 24 hour reception. Everything is very new with lovely feather pillows and duvets and a nice bathroom with fluffy towels. Rooms cleaned well……

“lovely staff literally helped us with everything! expedia needs to change the description saying these rooms are sound proof they’re anything but, you can literally hear the people next door talking and everyone outside. not a major issue but don’t book this hotel if you want “soundproof” rooms. would just like to say again how lovely all the staff were ”
