“This property was on a quiet cul de sac in an area with nearby hiking trails. The room had everything we needed at night while we visited nearby family during the day. Check in and out process was smooth.”

“This house was the perfect choice for a weekend with friends in San Diego. The unique layout made the house fun while ensuring that we all had privacy and enough room to spread out. We also could not have asked for a better location. We were walking distance to all of the restaurants and bars that we wanted to go to (plus felt safe walking around at night) and the Saturday farmers market is literally on the same street. “Perfectly setup and located beach condo at Pacific Beach. Listing was as described, comfy beds, well appointed kitchen and plenty of beach toys, chairs, and umbrellas and boogie boards. Plenty of restaurants across the street and like a 2min walk to the sand. Property mgr was highly responsive and helpful. Unit had two covered reserved parking spots to use behind a locked gate. I would happily stay here again.”

“It was a great stay for what we needed. We didnt plan to stay in the hotel for most of the trip. We needed a place to sleep and this location was perfect! Close to everything that we wanted to do/visit. Rooms were a good size just for us 2. Like i said we just needed a place to sleep. All the front desk were super friendly and helpful! ”

“I have nothing to fault at Kasa, I wish I could move here! I was in town for a conference for a week. The rest of my colleagues were at a conference hotel but I wanted something different. Staying here made me feel so at home and relaxed. The apartment was just perfect, really stylish and comfortable. I loved having a washer and dryer! In the building is a great amenities floor with outdoor pool, gym, sauna, ice bath, reformer pilates. I was really pleased to find time to make use of the sauna……
