“Great hotel with excellent service from all staff. Rooms were clean and of a high standard, breakfast provided a wide variety of food, and everything was all about making sure the customer had a good experience. Would recommend staying her if you’re visiting Protaras.”

“Lovely hotel Very clean with friendly staff Typical buffet food but of a good standard with something for everyone. Only thing was it was full of noisy kids whos parents let them run amok in the dining area. This is not the hotels fault but they could enforce a rule no running in the dining areas. It would have been nice for couples without kids to be able to eat a meal without a 5 year old tearing around on the next table. Perhaps create family areas and adult areas there. “Out of season and it was very quiet, which was very nice. The Spa area was not very clean, there was not even a bottle of water for those who were using sauna, this is very poor. There was mould on some of the loungers.. The loungers did not have any cover, there was therefore no option to relax anywhere after sauna, I simply do not understand it. You sell your rooms but because it is not very busy you simply do not even care about those who come to stay. Also, they knew we were a couple but……

“Vi ankom til hotellet og fik hurtigt kontakt med receptionisten, der var meget venlig og imødekommende. Vi fik anvist en hotellejlighed i en af flere bygninger langs med poolen. Lejligheden havde separat soveværelse og stor altan med udsigt ud over poolområdet. Rummene fremstod lyse og pæne, og der var renligt overalt. Vi spiste morgenmad i restauranten næste dag og det var en god solid buffet. Personalet var meget venlige og servicemindet. Dette hotel er ikke stort, men har en god og rolig……

The food didn't change all week, the food was very similar every day, and the dessert was the same paste every day. One of the two air conditioners in the apartment was not working properly.
