“Did a quick getaway for my wife's birthday and it was great. Cute little home by the lake with a nice back patio area for grilling and a hot tub which me and our aon very much enjoyed. Easy to get too, and safe,quite, and scenic neighborhood. Great deal!”

“Great stay. House was easy to find and was clean and spacious. There is a good size dining room table and the living room/bedroom furniture was comfortable. We had a great time in the hot tub and enjoyed our time exploring the lake and surrounding area. ”

“3 Roses Manor is an absolute gem! The house was absolutely amazing and the pictures were spot on. Not only was the house beautiful, spacious, comfortable and clean, it was fully stocked for all your needs. I have to say, the back porch was to die for….we spent every morning and evening out there enjoying a morning cup of coffee and a nice pour of local bourbon in the evening. The host was great and easy to communicate with! We will be back and highly recommend 3 Roses Manor to anyone looking to……

“Came for a long weekend to do the bourbon trail with friends and stayed at The Blue Belle. House works great for 2 couples, had plenty of room plus having a 3rd bathroom was very nice. Overall very clean and well stocked except for forks but we weren’t home much so it didn’t matter. We were able to walk to nearby restaurants easily. Parking is on the street and the neighborhood is a little odd with a mix of industrial and other cute old houses. Felt safe, but was odd arriving at night and seeing……

“Had a very nice stay. Cottage was very nice and very well stocked even had crock pot. Would definitely rebook this cottage if staying in this area again. ”

“Although we had a little hiccup with our check-in, our local owner/hosts Phil and Chris were great hosts for our group of four couples (8 people). Once we connected they made sure everything was ready for our arrival.The house has a lot of rustic charm with many cool and unique furnishings. The full kitchen had everything we needed for preparing our meals in the morning before heading out on the Bourbon Trail and relaxing in the evenings. “Great cottage, clean, comfortable and cozy for our 3 generation stay. Kids could run and adults could chill. Perfect base for a nearby wedding reception. ”

“Very nice place to go. Very quiet with a view of a body of water. It's a hideaway but close enough to civilization. Only thing i would change is the location to the number on the cabins. Difficult to see those at night. The property manager was a great help. Gas up and check it out. ”

“98% was fantastic- so definitely an excellent rating! The last 2% is the need for new or cleaner shower liners. This is an often missed thing.... The bottom of the inner shower liner was very dirty/moldy (guest bath worse than master bath). Again- very minor and barely bothersome. ”
