“We really liked the esthetics of the place. It was very cute and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was also very nice and we would 100% stay there again! There were some cobwebs and spiders in the ceiling corners, and some of the dishes didn't look clean, so we washed them. Other than those items, we really enjoyed our time and the accommodation. ”

“We stayed for a weekend and was grateful for the quiet neighborhood. The entry access is keyless, which I find convenient.The unit is on the second floor of an older home. There are two bedrooms and one bath/shower. The kitchen was well stocked and there is a separate dining area. The wood floors shown in the pictures are now carpeted thru out the dinning, living and bedroom areas. The living room has a large smart TV and Chris has even set up some voice activated lights thru out the unit. He is……

“Very classy and fun location, one of a kind loft. Very clean, well stocked with amenities. Perfectly located on the Bourbon Trail near Bulleit, Evan Williams, Buffalo Trace, and Jeptha Creed. Small town but has everything you need. We will stay here again! ”

“House was in great location. Walking distance to a coffee shop and some restaurants. 5-6 drive to downtown/bourbon trail. James was an amazing host. Great communication and really helpful. It is on a busy street so there is some traffic noise so earplugs or using a fan was helpful. ”

“Overall it was a nice stay. Just a couple of things for the owner to consider. The coffee pot had been missed by the last cleaning crew and had molded coffee in the pot. I would suggest also that they finish the sheetrock repair around the shower in the bathroom between the two bedrooms. I might also have them consider putting in another comfortable chair or two as there were three adults in our group and another chair would have been nice. ”
