“The parking area is incredible and I was able to place my vehicle under the portrait matching the room I was staying in. “Breakfast choices were the only thing that let us down . Dinner at Fiona’s was so delicious and the bartenders both nights were amazing!! All the employees didn’t treat their job as a job . Seemed like they wanted to be there . Decor was great and funny !! Parking garage was easy and nice easy access to the hotel . Very close to the Cincinnati Zoo . "We stayed for two nights from September 23 to September 25. It was raining and very cold during those days. When we arrived at the hotel, we found that there was no hot water in the bathroom. We reported the issue on the first day, but no one responded, so we had to take cold showers. As a result, both of us caught a bad cold and completely lost our voices. On the second day, we tried turning the water to the hottest setting and letting it run for 10 minutes, but only got some lukewarm water. In such cold weather, it was still very uncomfortable to bathe. When we checked out, I reported the problem again, but the front desk staff didn’t give me any response. This was truly terrible, I couldn’t even speak for those days because I lost my voice! This was supposed to be a trip we had been looking forward to, and I was also excited to stay at this hotel. But in the end, our trip to Cincinnati was completely ruined by the cold and the illness."
