“The wrong telephone number and incomplete address was shown on the hotels.com website. After chatting with an AI bot I found the correct number to call and was able to talk to the host. They explained that important messages/information sent to the customers often dont get received. The accomodation in itself was in a prime location. Fairly easy to park the car in the close area although this cost quite a lot of money. The toilet door wouldnt close properly and the drain in the kitchen sink ……

“Started badly when we got a call to say there was a problem with the plumbing and we were being moved to another apartment whilst it was fixed. We should have just baled out then but we stayed 2nights in a horrible apartment then went to the place we booked.
